This is why, after Shri Krishna delivered the Gita, at the end of the 18th chapter, said the following verse ( shlok ) to Arjuna: Idum te naatpas

This is an extraordinary story about the period before the publication of the text authored by Saint Baba Maharaj Arvikar, Sadhana Sanhita, translated from a recollection by Saint Madhav Swami.

Once, Kakuma and Saint Baba Maharaj Arvikar’s mother had fought with Baba at Machnur. Because of that Baba hadn’t eaten or drank anything all morning. No matter how much people insisted, he did not listen to anyone.

Lord Shri Krishna had poured His playful attitude into his beloved Saint Baba Maharaj Arvikar. Shri Anna Puranik was very friendly in how he spoke to and acted around Baba. Anna deeply liked serving Saint Baba.  When Anna was working in Pune and Saint Baba was in Alandi, on numerous occasions Anna would cycle to Alandi (19.3 km) to bring Baba a meal.
